This Contractual Agreement specifies terms for disc jockey services to be performed by The Blue          Ridge Road Show hereinafter called “BRRS” and payment for these services to be paid by                      xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx hereinafter called the “Customer.”  With the signatures of       the Customer and BRRS, it shall be understood that both parties agree to the following terms for        this event:

07.  Amount of money for service: $xxxxxxx
08.  Deposit required: $xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
09.  Balance due after deposit: $ xxxxxxxxx
10.  Balance due by event day before 2nd hour of event: $xxxxx
11.  Overtime charge: $ xxxxxxxxxxxxxx for any part of an hour and must be paid at time of request.
12.  Special terms: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

14.  This contract, including deposit, must be returned in order for date of event to be locked in.
15.  All other forms  must be returned at least three weeks prior to date of event.
16.  In the event the Customer must postpone or cancels this event date prior to the event
      date, BRRS must be notified immediately and this contractual agreement must be returned to             verify cancellation.  The deposit is non-refundable.
17.  In the event the Customer must postpone or cancel this event on the event date, BRRS will                 require  50%  of  the balance due if notified before arrival/set-up or 100% of  balance due if                  notified after arrival/set-up.  In either case the deposit is non-refundable.
18.  BRRS is dedicated to professional excellence and will make every attempt to be on time for and          present for this event.  BRRS can not be held responsible for the success of this event or event            cost due to lateness or absence as a result of weather conditions, medical emergency, or other             “Acts of God”  in which case a discount or refund will be offered.
19.  In the event that BRRS is unable to provide services at this event, the Customer will be notified         immediately and the deposit will be refunded in full.
20.  Customer assumes responsibility for personal injury, property damage or theft sustained by                BRRS, caused by Customer, Customers guests or Customers vendors.
21.  BRRS assumes responsibility for personal injury or property damage sustained by Customer,               Customers guests or Customers vendors caused by BRRS.
22.  BRRS reserves the right of exclusive control over the use, method and operation of its                          equipment.  If any question should arise over the use, method and operation of its equipment,             the judgment and decision of BRRS shall be final.
